Maybe it's because Arthur, Walter and William Davidson and William Harley had not chosen "Harley Davidson" by the name of the company. Maybe Aunt Janet was handwritten Davidson logo and stripes to provide a lasting image. Maybe it was Development wise men went to their machines.

Anyway, Harley Davidson and William did not intend create a legend, they were only a few types of youth who wanted to power cycle. However, he ended up creating one of the successes The most spectacular American-made machine that quickly reached the rank cult that exists today.

No other motorcycle hits the heart of America as Harley-Davidson. A cycle with a new name can be good, can be fast, or even be "the boss", but as they say, "Not a Harley!
