I have a Harley davidson 07 FLHP, need advice?

I have a Harley davidson 07 FLHP I was caught in the rain once before and the same problem occur which was head didn't work and the battery / fuel pump light was on the speed meter.I inspected the head light an found the plug begining to melt.I beblieve I fixed it tho with a lil electrial tape and light works find.I also unpluged all fittings but lights still on. I inpected regulater and found a crack on houseing so what can I do without having to buy a new one - is there a way to test it?I ran the bike but when I turned off the bike several time the battery life was low was getting to a point where it didn't turn over very easly.so what should I do

it's a "harley" you bought it as a decoration and a status symbol.

I'd suggest taking to an authorized harley dealer, look at some officially branded HD merchandise, enjoy some officially licensed HD coffee, and let the officially trained and knowledgeable harley mechanics fix your genuine harley davidson.
