My transition lenses need cleaning?

I have had my transitions lenses for about a year now and they started to get a brownish tinge near the bottom and what appeared to be some sort of caked substance i took a card a put in between the took lenses to try to scrape it out (i know bad idea) and a brown gunk like material came out Can i get this cleaned off? or should i just get a new set of lenses

Also on a side note i need a new nose pad for the left side of my glasses how much would that cost and where can i get one?

It doesn't matter what kind of lenses you have in your frames, the fact of the matter is, if you have had your glasses for a year and have never run water over them to clean them, the brown gunk was most likely dirt from your skin.
