Harley Chopper Frames
Good size bike for a smaller kind of guy?
**SPORT BIKE question, not interested in harleys & choppers**
I'm looking into purchasing a new street bike, i've sat on some but felt they were a little big, not so comfortable & a sort of awkward feeling. i did however sit on a 1999 yzf r6 & love it but the bike was already sold. so my question is what bikes out there have a smaller type of body? im not so into the futuristic curves & grooves styles like the new r6's, but offer up some opinions. & no i dont want a smaller engine size bike, just looking for a bike that has a decent size frame for a 5 foot 6 guy. thanks in advance & 10 points to best answer.
thanks guys & yeah it is my first bike, but i am not new to motorcycles. i use to ride a yz 250, it's a 2 stroke & has a lot 9of balls so therefore power wont be a problem for me, ill adjust. ill keep the post up a little longer before choosing a best answer, thanks again & yea im looking into the line of yzf's
I'm 5'3" and I have a Kawasaki Ninja 250 but that may bee a little too small for you engine wise. My husband has a '93 Yamaha YZF R6 and he's only 5'6". You have to sit on a lot of bikes before you settle on one. Especially being short. Also, if you can afford it, you can get a lowering kit put on whatever bike you like. They can lower them up to about 2". Depends on the bike.
