Can I give away Harley Davidson manuals in PDF form?

I know I cant list the manuals in PDF form but if someone sends me a request am I allowed to privately give them a pdf copy of my manual? Say via email?

You are most unlikely to get caught unless you try selling them on ebay, but just about every publication in the universe starts with an intro forbidding copying storing or transmitting any part of the document without the publishers prior agreement.
