Is it possible to change or tweek on an LED marker light? can an LED Marker light be a taillight/breaklight.?

I found a really cool LED light for big rigs and want to use it on my harley. I need it to get brighter when breaks are on. And, breaks need to light up when used even when headlight is not on. Anyone got any ideas?

you can not make a led light get brighter you will need to get 1 or 2 smaller led's then in the back of your tail light assembaly you will find two sets of wires 1 for tail light and 1 for the break light wire the tail light in to the smaller led and the brake in to the larger led (the one you like!) remember brake light's must be red
