Does anyone know the name of these comics?

Okay, I don't remember the name of these books so I'll very briefly describe the story arc. It's a Batman comic where the Joker is the main character. He believes he doesn't have much time to live [I think it's brain cancer] so he plays havoc on Gotham [nothing new]- like causes inmates bear his apparent physical traits or Jokerize [nothing new]- and he tries to impregnate Harley Quinn for an heir [new]... I think that information is enough to stick a title on it. Hm, it's a game.

You don't remember them because they freaking blew. Hard too. Close to WORST EVER. Replace Woods with Flanagan (I like the guy, just not as an artist usually) and you've got the worst Batman story ever. That's just the first one. I read #2 in the store and didn't buy it. Anyway it's Joker: The Last Laugh. It was a miniseries and I think it had 6 issues. The Joker is one kickass clown, but this miniseries made him just seem like a silly joke. Kinda ironic. Anyway number two, it's hard to remember anything but the mediocrity.
